Legacy is seeking a full-time Property Manager to manage the day to day operations of a 168-unit market rate property located in the Grand Haven, MI. This position will be responsible for the performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals interacting with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. The Property Manager maintains high resident retention through renewal programs and community activities and is responsible for effectively marketing to prospective residents, community guests and the community; external marketing and outreach and ensuring a smooth resident move-in process.
