Job Description

Role Summary:

  • Provide first-level contact and incident resolution for all users with all issues.
  • Uses advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Review knowledgebase articles ensuring accuracy of content.
  • Provide accurate and timely logging of incidents and resolution.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Escalate problems as appropriate following Service Desk procedures.


Required Skills:

  • Previous IT phone support experience and professional attitude with sense of urgency.
  • Experience serving as a team resource with attention to timeliness, accuracy, following of process.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, multi-tasking, time-management and customer service skills.
  • Strong reading, verbal and written communication; able to follow processes.
  • Professional attitude, responsible, dependable, accountable, high integrity and work ethic.
