Job Description

Dart Appraisal is looking for an energetic, proactive, and highly experienced Executive Assistant to support our company’s President in our Troy, MI office. Responsibilities for this job include identifying and addressing the needs of executives, performing administrative tasks to ensure our company’s workflow runs smoothly, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately you will contribute to the success and efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meeting scheduling, logistics, and administration
  • Actively manage the President’s schedule – predict and propose meetings that should occur
  • Act as Personal Assistant to the President
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
  • Demonstrate effective task management
  • Conduct research on various topics as requested/needed
  • Proactively and consistently follow-up on all items/tasks
  • Responsible for running various reports with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
  • Format information for internal and external communication – emails, presentations, reports, etc.
  • Coordinate company events
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
  • Manage travel accommodation and arrangements

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Five years + experience as executive/administrative assistance to a company director, president, or CEO
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
