$1000 sign on bonus, $500 at 90 days and $500 at 180 days



The Machine operator’s primary responsibility is loading materials into CNC Vertical Mills, monitor machine during operations, deburring parts and performing quality checks.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Convert raw materials to finished product
  • Able to meet standardized production times related to product being made
  • Monitor part quality and identify rejects
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Ability to read tape measure, to meet product specifications.
  • General use of air and hand tools
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to use required PPE
  • Ability to stand/walk throughout the duration of the shift
  • Ability to work overtime based on business needs
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Previous experience on HAAS and/or FADAL vertical mills
  • Capable of reading blueprints
  • Familiarity with Calipers/Micrometers
