Job Description

Pay: Minimum $600-1,250 per week + $1000 Signing Bonus with Additional Commission Opportunity

Hours: Monday through Friday- Flexible Schedule, 8am-4pm Availability
Training: All initial training takes up to 5-10 business days and will be paid based on performance.

We are seeking an Field Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. We are only interested in hiring 1-2 self-driven individuals who have a desire to grow into a future management role. If interested, apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

  • Prospect and contact potential customers

  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

  • Set follow-up appointments to update customer accounts

  • Create sales material to present to customers

  • Present sales material to customers for on the spot closed sales transactions

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms

  • Ability to build rapport with clients

Paid Training: All initial training takes 5-10 days Virtually and/or in our office located in Sterling Heights, MI and Client Locations.

Job Description:

Experienced Commercial Telecom Appointment Closer, this position will allow the right candidate flexibility in their work/home schedule. Work in the field as an A&S Business Telecom Sales Account Manager and receive high end commissions and reward incentives on top of Weekly Reward Incentive Base Opportunities.

As a Commercial Appointment Closer, you will be responsible for attending pre-scheduled meetings with existing business customers to manage various service providers like A&S, AT&T, Comcast, and a host of others. Your role as a telecom account manager is to problem solve and help assist the customers telecom account for a more innovative and cost-effective solution.

Compensation:

All compensations are paid on a weekly basis and range from $600 to as much as 3,650 per week for experienced top performers! You are expected to attend and close between 1-3 pre-scheduled appointments per day. Monetary reward incentives are provided to you on a weekly basis as you change from average status, to silver, then to gold. We will provide pre-scheduled appointments for you, and you will be required to prospect new business on a daily basis. We provide paid training and will be available for continued daily support. Must be able to prepare an accurate and organized lead/funnel report on prospecting/sales activities. This form will be provided to you from A&S Telecom Consulting.

Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation, a phone, and a computer with Microsoft Office downloaded to the device

  • *Must close 4-5 qualified A&S Telecom Sales Packages per month. You are welcome to exceed the requirement to receive additional reward incentives.

  • Sales Experience *at least 6 verifiable months

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Proficient Computer Skills/Email/Microsoft Office/Excel

  • Mandatory 1 sell per week
