Shift Supervisors supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts. Takes ownership of the restaurant by solving problems, but seeking help when needed. Make sure Team Members are completing assigned duties and are serving quality product. Shift Supervisors also will participate in all Team Member responsibilities.
Assistant General Managers will support the RGM of the store by holding employees accountable, leading great shifts, being responsible for specific store metrics and ensuring the restaurant is operating a high level. Paying specific attention to the items listed in the RGM role may also be required.
Restaurant General Managers are also responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include finding, hiring and developing Team Members and Shift Leads, conducting new hire orientation and developing the training plan for each new hire. You are also responsible for scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.
