We are seeking a Customer Service/Dispatcher to join our team.  This candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organized, dependable and have a positive attitude.  They will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.  Opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:​​​​​​

  • Ability to answer multi-line phones
  • Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner; enter call notes; create work orders; provide quotes; prepare service agreements; filing; scanning and data entry; pulling and re-filing customer records; daily dispatching and routing; bookkeeping
  • Add new service customers and additional services to existing customers
  • Reach team growth targets by deadline
  • Support service and warehouse teams

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree
  • Previous experience in sales, and customer service
  • Familiarity with DHS-Total Recall Software a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Must pass background check

A competitive salary and Pay rate determined by experience
