Job Description

We are seeking career-minded individuals interested in a long term opportunity with an expanding company. Seeking candidates with a strong combination of sales and customer service background and excellent interpersonal communication. These positions will be responsible for supporting a team of Sales Representatives to manage existing accounts. We are looking for people who can make it easy for our customers to do business with us.

Requirements:

  • Great communication and listening skills.
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • Proficient working in multiple data bases
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
  • Experience in a call center environment or a position requiring strong customer service skills.
  • Experience in the medical field or in Distribution is not required but would be preferred.
  • Experience in NetSuite ERP is not required but preferred
  • High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities:

At Lynn Medical Service is at the core of our business. The responsibilities of the position require you to interface with customers along with every department at Lynn Medical to assure our customers’ needs are met in a timely manner. Responsibilities include facilitation of a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions to assure all orders are expedited. These include order entry, tracking of shipments, research on pricing, research on special product requests, assistance with quoting, facilitation of backorders and processing of return goods requests.
