  • Maintain weekly distribution of advertising/marketing materials for Speech, OT and ABA services to around some of our clinical sites
  • Work with leadership, employees and clients to help create a business plan as part of overall company and division sales growth strategies.
  • Manage the day-to-day business including (but not limited to) pipeline development, forecasting, sales cycle management, collaboration, teamwork, and best practice sharing
  • Achieve new sales targets on a consistent basis
  • Devise marketing strategies, implement tactics, and analyze trends results to grow. Integrate strategic efforts into the overall operations of the team
  • Educate, train and manage any additional sales team members
  • Accurately forecasting future sales plans to adapt constant shifts in the marketplace
  • Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows and expositions
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Forming sales strategies to keep the company competitive and innovative
  • Establish and execute a Company-wide Customer Sales Culture

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven performance in a B2B sales environment, with excellent track record
  • At least 5+ years sales experience (will consider entry-level salespeople with the right fit/ personality)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • College degree in business, marketing or communications preferred
  • Proven ability to think strategically, formulate action plans and sell them through to management
  • Ability to learn and communicate complex and intangible product concepts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects on tight deadlines with limited direction.
  • High degree of initiative and keen sense of urgency
  • The ability to develop and/or monitor key performance metrics to measure activities that have the most impact on sales productivity.

This position requires your own transportation to use daily. Milage will be reimbursed.

Percent of office work is less than 10%. Field work will be about 90%. Salary: 30-40K/yr plus commissions. Commissions can be earned daily for sales drops and sales appointments.
