Job Description
We're looking for an experienced truck driver to serve our company in a safe and timely manner.
Your main job will be to deliver and pick up demolition equipment from our job sites to and from our yard.
PAY STARTS AT:
STAKE TRUCK $18 - $20/HR (BASED ON EXPERIENCE)
GRAVEL TRAIN STARTING AT $24/HR
Responsibilities:
No recent moving or driving violations
Local trucking - home every night
Transport equipment to and from job sites
Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and report it to our mechanics
Meet delivery times
Document and log equipment moves and time spent driving
Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, and parking) as well as with company policies and procedures
Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
Report defects, accidents or violations
Loading and unloading your truck
Ability to drive long hours
Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc) Valid truck driving license
