Aerospace manufacturing supply company looking for machinists. Ability to set up and operate machines for cutting, grinding, and/or drilling into various materials. Control speed, material feed, and path of cuts. Maintain quality and safety standards and adhere to quality assurance procedures and processes. Must be able to detect malfunctions and adjust programming controls.
Must have strong knowledge of GD & T.
Must have 2 years of technical training.
Minimum of 5 years of machining and shop experience including set-up and programming.
Must be competent in CAD Software.
Must be skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Must know how to operate a crane.
Must be competent with using and reading basic measuring instruments such as micrometers, calibers, scales, etc.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Must be able to move fast and consistently. Must be able to stand by machine for majority of work day (8 hours minimum).
Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, balance, and rotate.
