Infinity has partnered with a leading home warranty provider and is seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join this growing program. Candidates who have a background in B2C sales and are driven by providing an excellent customer experience can step into this role and make an immediate impact.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 1 year of contact center experience preferred
  • 2 years or more of sales experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain broad knowledge of client products and services
  • Comfortability in using multiple technology systems, effectively
  • Think quick and rebuttal objections
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, by executing with energy and excellence
  • Ability to project a positive and professional attitude towards all customers
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced team environment


  • Responsible for outbound calls using a provided lead list in office
  • Identify coverages, eligible coverages and upsell the customer to additional products
  • Accurately disclose terms and conditions to ensure customer comprehension
  • Effectively execute required call strategy, with active listening and excellent customer service skills, to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Utilize strong communication skills, including clear enunciation
  • Willingness to accept constructive feedback and make necessary improvement
  • Meet and exceed all program KPIs
  • Reliable attendance
