Compensation & HR Technology Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated analyst to support and drive change in Compensation & HR Technology. As part of the global HR team, this position will have the opportunity to impact the global organization by researching & implementing best practices. The position will require teamwork and interaction with global cross-functional teams. Our ideal candidate will be eager to continuously learn/improve, have strong interpersonal and strong analytical skills.

Major Responsibilities

Compensation

  • Deliver market competitive global broad-based compensation programs.
  • Administer global projects such as broad market reviews, benchmarking, compensation structure analyses, and pay mix assessments.
  • Support annual merit increase & bonus programs.
  • Provide advice on effective pay decisions to HR and business leaders, including new hire compensation, promotions, transfers, and other job changes.
  • Evaluate current processes and programs and make recommendations to enhance efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Lead company participation in compensation, benefits, and HR market surveys.

HR Technology

  • Manage ADP updates & enhancements, i.e., setting up new deduction codes, creating new pay groups, etc.
  • Support the implementation and the administration of various HR technology systems (Payroll, HRIS, Performance Management, etc.)
  • Create ad-hoc reports and analysis for various compensation & HR programs

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of compensation experience required, experience in a global automotive or manufacturing environment strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Superior analytical skills including data analysis, interpretation, and reporting
  • Excellent Excel skills required, proficiency in Word and PowerPoint. Experience developing reports in PowerBI a plus.
  • Strong focus on details, exceptional accuracy, and follow-through
  • Work independently but ‘know what you don’t know’ and seek knowledge and resources as needed
  • Ability to clearly and concisely present complex information
  • Experience in a global role or on a global team preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and to respond effectively to sensitive situations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
