Job Description

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
• Support Boll Filter Corporation’s efforts to build up and expand new filter equipment sales and customer satisfaction to the U.S. industry and all related markets.
• Work with our customers, and our parent company Boll & Kirch in Germany, on all project phases, including:

  • Communicating with customers, including gathering initial information and follow-up.
    - Technical & commercial proposals/Quotes.
    - Processing order entries through Sage ERP system.
    - Processing orders with manufacturer, ensuring all specifications are accurate.
    - Project progress monitoring and follow up with manufacturing to ensure the project stays on schedule.
    - Material deliveries and challenges; coordinate with shipping and receiving.
    - Submit all documentation to accounting for proper invoicing.
    - After sales support.
    - Coordination & communication with suppliers.
  • • Support the area Sales Managers in their effort to increase market share.
    • Provide follow up communication with our customers over the phone or by email, and, when needed, involve Sales Managers to arrange for a visit.
    • Process customer warranty claims and handling internal communications with our service department and our parent company Boll & Kirch to satisfy such claims.
    • Work closely with all other Boll departments to share knowledge and help foster a team environment.
  • Support the success of Boll Filter Corporation., USA, in cooperation with Boll & Kirch, Germany to promote the organization’s position as the global market leader in its field.
