A successful candidate for Grid4’s Marketing Coordinator must be extremely organized, collaborative, and innovative. The Marketing Coordinator will execute marketing campaigns and will act as a point person for events, organize the creation and distribution of marketing content and work closely with the Marketing Manager, internal team members, and external partners to champion the customer experience.

  • Day-to-Day coordination and execution of corporate marketing campaigns and internal projects 
  • Create and write content for marketing campaigns including newsletters, announcements, presentations, blogs, and white papers 
  • Manage day-to-day social media platform posts and content 
  • Design and distribute email communications 
  • Deliver creative designs and content for digital and print assets
  • Design and produce brand assets including digital, print, media, giveaways, and apparel
  • Coordination, planning and implementation for in-person or virtual events (exhibitions, seminars, workshops, trade shows) 
  • Manage all content on Grid4’s corporate website using WordPress CMS
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure proper project timelines, track project status, and identify bottlenecks
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with presentations and marketing related projects
  • Provide support on all aspects of corporate marketing including SEO, SEM, email, advertising, sales collateral, web development and internal communications projects 
  • Develop & manage relationships with outside vendors 
  • Demonstrate initiative and innovation appropriate to the assignment and timeframe 
  • Maintain compliance with prevailing corporate identity standards 
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities specific to role or team
  • Seek new opportunities for learning, skills, knowledge, etc. 
  • Willingness to be a team player and partner with the different pillars of the marketing function to respond to and complete small to large scale and cross functional requests
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned 

Qualifications, skills, and knowledge:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field 
  • At least 1-2 years of digital & B2B marketing experience  
  • Previous IT or Telecommunications industry experience is a plus 
  • Google Certifications are a plus 
  • Video & motion graphic creation and editing experience is a plus 
  • Effectively communicate in 140 characters or less 
  • Superior writing and editing skills with a proven ability to create unique and compelling copy
  • Proficiency with WordPress and website creation & management 
  • Experience leveraging social media platforms for B2B engagement 
  • Ability to create effective designs across several channels and touchpoints to bring well-crafted narratives to life while adhering to brand & style guidelines 
  • Passion for written and verbal communication tactics 
  • Curiosity to keep up with emerging trends and best practices; insatiable need to understand “what and why”
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently 
  • Deadline and detail-oriented 
  • Team player who collaborates well with others
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Excellent project management skills, including organizing, prioritizing, and tracking all phases of a project
