About us

JDog Junk Removal & Hauling is a full-service junk removal, hauling, labor, and demolition company. We are Veteran owned and operated with the dual mission of reducing the amount of junk going to landfills by 60% to 80% and working towards a less than 1% unemployment rate for Veterans.

This job includes:

Truck Operations: Safety, courteous and aware
Junk Removal: Heavy lifting and removal of junk
Sales: Onsite selling, customer services needed
Brand Building: Working to build and maintain the JDog Brand image Some experience required.


  • MUST be eligible to work in the United States.

  • MUST have a current driver's license with no points.
  • MUST be able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time.

  • MUST enjoy hard work, world class customer service and helping others.

  • MUST have reliable transportation to work.

  • MUST be drug and alcohol free.

  • MUST be able to pass a federal background check.

  • MUST be able to pass a DOT physical.


  • Arrive for work on time in the correct uniform.

  • Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you

    meet throughout the day especially your clients. You will represent the JDog brand

    and our core values of Respect, Integrity, and Trust.

  • Frequently sorting and loading household items such as furniture, appliances, boxes, etc.

  • Be able to make logistical decisions (when to dispose, what to donate or recycle, how to best complete a job, how to package items and load a truck, how to market during downtime).

  • SAFELY operate at all times.

  • Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc.)

  • Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost

    equipment, etc.

  • Check in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor for additional assignments

    and troubleshooting guidance.
