Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Worker for RAM Construction Services, you will assist in the revitalization and construction of our surrounding areas. A Warehouse Worker will assist in warehouse duties as well as ensure that job sites have the needed materials which will lead to the completion and success of a project.

To perform this position sufficiently, the employee must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. The descriptions below are representative of, but not limited to, the duties and details of this position.

• Assisting team members with loading and unloading trucks.
• Pulling orders for delivery and putting away returned orders.
• Maintaining inventory levels.
• Assisting with the general upkeep and organization of the warehouse.
• Lifting objects or materials weighing 80+ pounds. Occasionally lifting up to 150 lbs. (with a team member)
• Assisting team members to ensure all work is done efficiently and on time.
• Performing other relevant duties as assigned- possible usage of hand tools and small power tools.

• This position requires a minimum education level of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment and tools, as well as experience with Forklifts and Pallet Jacks necessary- prior warehouse experience preferred.
• The employee is required to have reliable transportation- a valid CDL A and a clean driving record is a plus.

Travel is not required for this position.

As a Warehouse Worker for RAM, the employee will be subject to various work environments. Work environments may include but are not limited to the following: seasonal temperatures, high spaces, small spaces, loud and frequent noises, standing/walking for up to 12 hours a day, indoor/outdoor settings, and areas close to traffic.
