Warehouse Driver/Associate w/ CDL-A

RAM Construction Services is dedicated to hiring and training an exceptional team member to driver for our Warehouse. As a Warehouse Driver/Associate for RAM Construction Services, you will assist in the revitalization and construction of our surrounding areas. A Warehouse Driver/Associate will load and unload any materials/equipment and make sure that the delivery vehicle and associated equipment remain clean, tidy, and in good working order. They will follow safe lifting practices and help colleagues lift extremely heavy items, assist in warehouse duties as well as ensure that job sites have the needed materials which will lead to the completion and success of a project. This position REQUIRES a CDL-A license. To perform this position sufficiently, the employee must perform the essential duties satisfactorily. 

RAM Construction Services will offer:

Signing Bonus- $5,000 (CDL-A only)

Hourly Rate: Competitive Salary.

The descriptions below are representative of but are not limited to, the duties and details of this position.

• • Loading and unloading trucks accurately and safely for deliveries and filling orders.
  • Drive company vehicle to make deliveries and pick-ups- must comply with company vehicle policies.
  • Assisting with the general upkeep of the warehouse.
  • Lifting objects or materials weighing 60+ pounds.
  • Performing other relevant duties as assigned- possible usage of hand tools and small power tools.

• This position requires a minimum education level of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3-5 years prior experience in a related field preferred.
• The employee is required to have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and a valid CDL A or B

Travel to and from job sites and other Midwest offices is required. RAM will compensate for travel expenses if applicable.

As a Warehouse Driver/Worker for RAM, the employee will be subject to various work environments. Work environments may include but are not limited to the following: seasonal temperatures, high spaces, small spaces, loud and frequent noises, standing/walking for up to 12 hours a day, indoor/outdoor settings, and areas close to traffic.
