As a Traveling Laborer for RAM Construction Services, you will assist in the revitalization and construction of our projects. You will perform a variety of tasks that aid our skilled trade workers and lead to the completion and success of a project. Extensive traveling is required for this position.
Pay rates can range (Starting at $27/hr for our Laborer position, and up to $41/hr for our Experienced Foreman) and we have additional incentives that could increase your compensation (Night Work, Foreman-In-Training and Varying State Prevailing Wages).
- Drive Time has specific rates to be paid; $30/hr for drive time for our Semi Rig, and $20/hr for any equipment less than a Semi Rig. These driving hours go towards union insurance benefits.

TRAVEL: Travel is required for this position, the employee must be willing to travel for up to 4 weeks at a time. RAM will compensate a $350 per diem each week in addition to daily food and hotel allowance.
Work environments may include but are not limited to the following: seasonal temperatures, high spaces, small spaces, loud and frequent noises, standing/walking for up to 12 hours a day, indoor/outdoor settings, areas close to traffic.
