CNC Operator 6AM - 6PM / 6PM - 6AM Mon. - Fri.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Run production; operate manual CNC machinery, to include finishing, deburring, packaging and inventory.
• Complete daily work sheets and inspection sheets.
• Measures and marks dimensions and reference point for subsequent machining.
• Verifies conformance of finished product to specifications.
• Fits and assembles parts into complete or partial assembly when needed.
• Ability to accurately record work performed and materials used.
• Maintain and operate precision machinery, shop equipment/ tools.
• Continuous production of quality and safe product(s).
• Maintains and promotes a clean work environment which includes tools, machines, equipment, ad company property.
• Stays current with technical changes through continuous improvement.
• Responsible for housekeeping throughout company.
• Fully participate in and support the JNB Quality Business Management System.
• Follow and implement training requirements outlined in the JNB Training Matrix to ensure safety and quality.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to understand and to follow written and verbal communication.
• Basic shop mathematic skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Continually required to stand up to 12 hours per shift. • Frequently required to walk up to 12 hours per shift.
• Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity. • Frequently required to balance, bend, stoop, or kneel. • The employee must occasionally lift and /or move a maximum of 50 pounds.
