HR Workforce Management Div
Serves as “Workday Functional Analyst” within the Human Resources ERP Administration - Workday modules and associated HRIS Systems and applications. Functional lead providing cross-functional Workday report writing support. Analyzes data and translates reports into customized formats that serve end-user needs. Bridges the functionality of unit-specific modules with the internal stakeholders acting as liaison to ensure systems and applications are effectively deployed. Coordinates and leads the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance and support of Workday reporting dashboards, ad hoc reporting and analyzing data, and Workday People Analytics. Supports ongoing administration work within the unit.Minimum Qualifications
1. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration, HRIS, or related field.
2. Have three (3) years of full-time work experience in human resources administration using Workday or similar HRIS system, with specific experience in HCM or report writing preferred.
