Job Description
Scrap Metal processor/demolition team seeking a general laborer.
Essential Functions
- Travel out of MI
- Clean, sort, load and unload scrap iron and other materials
- Operate a fork truck
- Work in all weather conditions
- Practice safety and be aware of surroundings
- Lift up to 100 lbs
- At times, greet customers and weigh goods
- Move material in the yard/on job sites
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Operate power hand tools
Qualifications
- Experience operating a 5000 LB fork truck
- No physical limitations
- Scrap knowledge is a plus
- Take instruction and follow directions
