GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Under the direction of the Program Supervisor, performs office, home, and community based therapeutic services for child/adolescents and their families; services include individual, group, family, interactive therapy, evidence based therapies and practices, case management/crisis intervention, and the coordination of multiple services and supports, performs related work as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LLC, LPC, LLP, or LP AND one (1) year of experience working with children, adolescents and their families in a clinical setting.

Employee must maintain valid professional licensure to retain employment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must retain DCH qualifications as a Child Mental Health Professional.
Must retain a minimum of an Infant Mental Health provisional endorsement.
Must have a valid Michigan driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and the use of a vehicle during work hours. Ability to physically perform the tasks.
