GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Under the direct clinical supervision of a fully licensed Psychologist and/or Neuropsychologist and the administrative direction of the Program Director or designee, the Psychometrician administers and scores
neuropsychological, psychological, developmental and behavioral test batteries. The Psychometrician completes test scoring, the use of normative tables, and the writing of accurate, timely reports and integrated summaries of test results. The majority of work will take place in a clinic based setting, working with children, adolescents, teens and families.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Masters in Psychology with the Michigan Limited License Psychologist (LLP) credential AND at least one (1) year experience in the examination, evaluation and treatment of children, adolescents, and/or teens with intellectual or developmental disabilities and/or social-emotional disorders. Will consider a candidate with a Temporary Limited License Psychologist (TLLP) credential. Employee must maintain valid State of Michigan Psychology licensure to retain employment.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must retain Michigan Department of Health and Human Services provider Medicaid services qualifications as a Child Mental Health Professional and a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional.
Must have a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and the use of a vehicle during work hours.
PREFERENCES:
Prior experience conducting neuropsychological testing with children, adolescents, and/or teens.
