Job Description
The project manager will work through the entire process and be the face of the company with the customer from receiving purchase order to delivery of the mold. The project manager will be responsible for the following:
Managing all engineering changes.
Maintain timing, budget, material orders per the BOM.
Work with cross functional teams to track and manage job process/progression
Oversee and maintain quality, testing, changes, and continuous improvement.
Develop processes to make gains in quality, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction
Upon project completion, prepare and present project overview to management
Ideal candidates will have:
3-5 years in machine shop experience and project management
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills, and time management skills.
Must be able to meet deadlines, work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.
