Job Description

We are seeking an individual with a strong customer service background and hands-on technical expertise in engines.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all dealership documentation is up to date.
  • Travel to dealerships domestically as needed to assist with engine diagnostics.
  • Possess knowledge of and ability to explain warranty claim processes, labor, parts, and shipping.
  • Collaborate closely with OEMs and end users as required.
  • Provide input on warranty processes and suggest improvements.
  • Manage reporting and parts tracking.
  • Understand service and parts documentation and effectively communicate with installation and service technicians.

Requirements:

  • Diploma (Associates or Bachelor's preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with internal combustion engines (hobby or professional).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office suite, including Outlook.

Additionally:

  • Must be willing and able to travel with short notice.
  • Previous experience with watercraft as a technician and boater is preferred.
