BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKER

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Under the direction of the Facilities Manager or designated Supervisor; performs a wide variety of skilled tasks involved in building and equipment maintenance; performs related work as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school graduation or equivalent AND four (4) years of skilled building maintenance experience (two within the past 2 years/must have references available) AND Builder’s license or certification in Electrical, Plumbing, and/or Heating and Cooling, (fully licensed preferable); possession of a valid Michigan driver’s license, chauffeur’s license and/or CDL, or ability to receive one within three (3) months of hire.
