Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring full-time Fabricators for an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier. This position involves working on new and exciting automotive prototypes in a variety of areas. Building vehicles from the ground up in an indoor shop environment. This full-time Fabricator position based out of Allen Park, MI and offers AM Day shifts available plus possible overtime. Candidates meeting the requirements for this Fabricator position below are strongly encouraged to apply. AM Day shifts, PM Night shift plus possible overtime available.
Shift Schedule:
· AM Day shift: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm (Monday – Friday and Saturday or Sunday)
· AM Day shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (Monday – Friday, plus overtime as needed)
· PM Night shift: 4:00 pm – 12:45 am (Monday – Friday, plus overtime as needed)

Requirements:
· Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
· Minimum 3-5 years' fabrication experience or equivalent fabricator military experience
· Minimum 3-5 years' MIG & TIG welding experience
· Must be able to read GD&T symbols and interpret blueprints
· Excellent shop math skills
· Must have own tools and rolling/lockable toolbox
· Must be able to inspect own work
· Must be ready and willing to complete all tasks assigned
· Must be able and willing to work overtime when necessary
· Self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with automotive parts
· Experience working with lathes, mills, and grinders
· Hi-lo Experience
