Stores include:
• Flexible schedules and hours (mornings, nights, and
weekend shifts)
• FT and PT opportunities starting at a minimum of 15 hours
a week (*one weekend availability day required)
• FT employees qualify for full benefits and PTO after 90
days of employment
• Operational Hours- Store hours vary by location, but are
generally Mon-Sat 10am-8pm, Sun 11am-6pm. Retail operations are closed Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. For
all other recognized holidays, stores will remain open with
limited hours of operation

Store Supervisor
Position Details
Your energy, curiosity and problem solving skills allow you
to contribute to store management, merchandising, and operations. You lead Store Associates by your example.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
As a Store Supervisor you assist store management in training and developing Store Associates. You perform store opening and closing procedures as well as cash management tasks
such as operating cash registers and balancing cash at shift changes. You promote a clean,
organized store that is appealing to customers. You assist with accepting donations of quality
merchandize and with displaying and promoting goods for the ease of customer shopping.

BACKGROUND/SKILLS
• Prior retail experience
• Excellent customer service skills including assisting all people in a professional and courteous manner.
• Cash handling experience and demonstrated accuracy
• Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing skills
• Able to add, subtract, multiple and divide and demonstrated ability to use a calculator and
a cash register.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Use critical thinking and problem solving skills daily
• Display initiative and ability to multi-task

COMPENSATION

Assistant Store Manager
Position Details
As an Assistant Store Manager your desire to become a more
experienced retail professional is provided that opportunity by
supporting the Store Manager with the coordination of all store
activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
You assist in hiring, training, and developing store personnel and with the implementation of
new store programs. You monitor inventory levels, recommend improvements to promote
efficiency and investigate and reconcile any cash discrepancies. You assist the Store Manger
with the development of weekly work schedules and with customer concerns. You promote
high standards of customer service and public relations. With your versatility and initiative you
pitch in on various other tasks as needed to achieve the stores business and customer goals.

BACKGROUND/SKILLS
• Prior retail experience
• Excellent customer service skills including assisting all people in a professional and courteous manner.
• Demonstrated Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing skills
• Cash handling experience and reliability
• Basic computer skills and experience in programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong leadership skills including ability to motivate and direct a diverse workforce

Store Manager
Position Details
As a Store Manager your goal of leading a productive and profitable retail team is achievable by using your strong initiative,
merchandising and interpersonal skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
You are responsible for hiring, training, and developing store personnel and the implementation
of new store programs. You achieve the budgetary targets including sales, payroll and all other
Store expenses. You ensure the overall quality of store merchandise, its marketing and placement in the store and inventory levels. You manage expenses within budget to ensure store
profitability. You develop weekly work schedules and resolve customer concerns. You assign
and manage store opening and closing processes and cash deposits. You daily touch base with
all store departments to manage constraints and ensure efficiency. You promote high standards of customer service. With your versatility you pitch in on various other tasks as needed
to achieve the stores business and customer goals.

BACKGROUND/SKILLS
• 3-5 years of prior retail experience
• Excellent customer service skills including assisting all people in a professional and courteous manner.
• Demonstrated Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing skills
• Relevant cash handling experience and demonstrated reliability
• Basic computer skills and experience in programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong leadership skills including ability to motivate and direct a diverse workforce
