CRC Machine Operator

**STRONG POSSIBILITY THAT THIS COULD BE A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION FROM 4:30PM - 3AM**

POSITION SUMMARY:

The CRC Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the chromium carbide (CRC) overlay machine to produce plates at established specifications.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Performs pre-operation machine set up and moves mandrel into position

· Operates the CRC machine to quality standards and customer specifications

· Troubleshoots problems during operations

· Communicates with CRC Supervisor to troubleshoot problems and identify solutions

· Assists in maintaining and repairing the CRC machine

· MIG welds to fill gaps

· Performs post-operation checks and procedures

· Adheres to all company policies and guidelines

· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

· Regularly lift approximately 50lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
