Labor Rocket has partnered with an automotive manufacturer in the Wixom area and is currently seeking hard-working individuals for a machine operating job. This is a long-term opportunity for an individual with good attendance, attitude, and work ethic! Great opportunity for advancement into many different departments and roles.
Shifts:
1st shift: 6am-2:10pm @16.94/hr (+ $1.70 attendance bonus = $18.64/hr)
2nd shift: 2pm-10:10pm @ 17.54/hr (+ $1.70 attendance bonus = $19.24/hr)
3rd shift: 10pm – 6:10am @ 17.84/hr (+ $1.70 attendance bonus = $19.54/hr)
-Attendance Bonus: $1.70/hr every day you show up on time. Additional Bonuses included after 30 days AND 90 days of employment! -
REQUIRED from you:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Be able to pass a drug test and background check
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment and independently
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime
Lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Experience with assembly, machine operating, packaging, and quality inspection in an automotive manufacturing facility
