Hiring for Multiple Locations:

Ready Mix Truck Drivers

We are seeking experienced and reliable Ready Mix Truck Drivers to join our team. As a Ready Mix Truck Driver, you will be responsible for delivering concrete to various job sites, ensuring timely and safe delivery while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and drive a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to job sites.
  • Ensure the safe loading and unloading of concrete.
  • Follow all safety protocols and DOT regulations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and logs.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site managers.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks on the truck as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid CDL Class A or B license.
  • Clean driving record with commercial driving experience.
  • Experience with ready mix concrete delivery preferred.
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission truck.
  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed.

 

Diesel Mechanics

We are looking for skilled Diesel Mechanics to join our maintenance team. The Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a fleet of heavy-duty trucks and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related components.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools.
  • Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on trucks and equipment.
  • Replace or repair faulty parts, including engines, transmissions, and brake systems.
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks comply with safety standards and regulations.
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
  • Collaborate with other mechanics and team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in diesel mechanics preferred.
  • With experience as a diesel mechanic.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
