The Opportunity

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Repair Station Administrative Assistant to join our team.  General activities in this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Generation of electronic and hard-copy turbine engine maintenance document packages.
  • Audit of completed engine maintenance document packages upon completion of maintenance.
  • Generation of regulatory paperwork for turbine engine maintenance events.
  • Storing engine maintenance records, which includes scanning large volumes of engine and component maintenance records for electronic storage.
  • Organization, scanning, and storage of component repair and inspection records.
  • Maintain and replenish Repair Station supplies including standard and unique consumable items as required.
  • Assist in research and re-generation of customer maintenance records.
  • Perform regular audits of Repair Station paperwork to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
  • Generate Desk-Level Instructions for new processes related to the Repair Station Administrator role.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0-3 years of experience
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • U.S. citizenship status is required
  • Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed.  Candidates selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
