Schedule: Part-Time, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible Days)

Job Overview:

TradeFirst.com is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Trademart Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations of our Retail Trademart, ensuring excellent service for our clients and maintaining a well-organized and welcoming environment. This is a part-time position with a consistent daytime schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist clients with inquiries about products and services in the Trademart.
  • Inventory Management: Stock, organize, and maintain merchandise on shelves, ensuring the display is clean and appealing.
  • Sales Support: Process transactions, answer questions about TradeFirst barter services, and promote current promotions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with basic data entry, record keeping, and updating product inventory as needed.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the Trademart is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet business goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or inventory management preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
