We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Cold Calling Specialist to join our team and drive membership growth through effective telephone outreach and follow-up strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce and promote TradeFirst.com’s services.
  • Follow up with prospects via phone to address questions and encourage enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and assist in refining outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of professional cold-calling experience. No training provided—experts only.
  • Proven Success: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales or lead-generation quotas.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage, persuade, and close deals over the phone.
  • Follow-Up Expertise: Skilled in handling objections and maintaining consistent follow-up.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently within a team environment.

Work Environment:
This position is onsite only, located at the TradeFirst.com office. Remote work options are not available.

Work Schedule

  • Part-Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Onsite Role: This position requires full attendance at our Oak Park office.
