Job Description

SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated result driven Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team.  The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a key role in driving business opportunities, customer accounts, and providing exceptional support to both our customers as well as the Inductoheat team.  This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company aftermarket while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide a solution. Support inbound sales inquiries and respond to customers' requests for quotes, product information and delivery timelines.  
  • Follow-up on leads, process orders and ensure timely order fulfillment. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients.  Working closely with our engineering and manufacturing team to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries. 
  • Help achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, cross-selling and upselling.  Maintain detailed records of customers interactions and sales activities in our operating system.  

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-yar college or technical school.  or four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communications and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Software: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power point, Inductoheat operating system, PDM & Outlook.
