This role is perfect for someone who loves helping businesses grow through relationship building, problem-solving, and creative thinking. You'll help clients gain new customers and save cash by trading with other TradeFirst members.

What You'll Do
· - Build strong relationships with clients via phone and email
· - Act as a purchasing agent to help members buy on trade
· - Handle incoming customer requests
· - Make proactive (non-cold) calls to current business clients
· - Promote and market our member businesses
· - Maintain accurate client records
· - Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
What You Bring
· - Experience in B2B customer service, inside sales, or marketing
· - Excellent verbal and written communication
· - Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
· - Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
· - At least 1 year of relevant work experience
· - 2+ years of college preferred
· - Positive, self-confident, enthusiastic personality
