Job Description

Team Wellness Center is currently seeking a highly motivated professional to serve as a Customer Service Representative in our outpatient clinic in Detroit. The Customer Service Representative will serve as an administrative assistant for front office management completing tasks including; answering calls, scribing, managing electronic medical record system, scheduling appointments, filing, faxing, copying, and providing excellent customer service.


  • High School diploma
  • Excellent organizational skills, basic computer skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Dependable and team player
  • Ability to provide exemplary customer service
  • Quick learner

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet members upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary information.
  • Answers phone lines promptly and courteously, retrieve and take accurate and complete messages and forwards calls and questions to aid the caller in obtaining a prompt reply
  • When applicable, identify immediate need for response to suicide risk, threatened or actual abuse or violence.
  • Promote and maintain a friendly and welcoming environment.
  • Maintains schedule for Clinical Staff as directed.
  • Act as the liaison for communication between other TWC locations
