The Production Associate assembles products using Robotic Welding equipment and machinery according to Standard Work instructions;  performs Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), daily care, safety checks and preventive maintenance; attends pre-shift meetings and maintains a clean and safe work environment.  Job also involves moving and loading/unloading parts either manually or by tugger operation; recording incoming/outgoing inspection parts, tags, racks, etc.; operates inventory scanner; cycles material based on FIFO standards, etc. The Production Associate works both independently and within a team environment with minimal supervision.
