Job Responsibilities: Follows all safety, housekeeping, and company policies and procedures. Lead, support and advise direct reports. Monitor training progress for direct and indirect team members. Ensure proper initial set-up and process verification. Initial set up include correct raw material and related components (for assembly when required). Support machine process, make processing adjustments within tolerance and recommend any changes for improved efficiencies. Continually monitor all processes related to injection molding. Ensure all process parameters are met to manufacture parts to the quality standards including first piece approvals and last shots. Schedule and direct hourly team members to production presses in manner that insures continuous support & flow in the molding bay for all production activity.
