We are seeking an individual with a strong customer service background and hands-on technical expertise in engines.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all dealership documentation is up to date.
Travel to dealerships domestically as needed to assist with engine diagnostics.
Possess knowledge of and ability to explain warranty claim processes, labor, parts, and shipping.
Collaborate closely with OEMs and end users as required.
Provide input on warranty processes and suggest improvements.
Manage reporting and parts tracking.
Understand service and parts documentation and effectively communicate with installation and service technicians.
Requirements:
Diploma (Associates or Bachelor's preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience with internal combustion engines (hobby or professional).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
Excellent time management skills.
