Duties:
Responsible for providing administrative support within Business Operations for multiple Gas Distribution Scheduling locations.
The Administrative Assistant may be working in these areas: Gas Distribution scheduling support, Manager support or special projects. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Purchase card reconciliation for truck permitting.
MDOT permit processing.
Processing of Gas Distribution site checks.
Processing permit requests for various municipalities.
Submission of Miss Dig Tickets.
Verbal and written customer communication / coordination...
