Position Summary:
The Project Manager / Estimator is responsible for preparing cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements along with the overall completion, delegation of tasks, client relations and general project management.
Responsibilities:
· Identifies labor, material, and the time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
· Resolve discrepancies by gathering and analyzing information.
· Quality control of all pdf documents sent to the project team for execution of the project.
· Communication with the project team, project contractors, and prime contractors for purpose of coordination.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
