• Responsible to assure internal and external audits to quality system; • Responsible for full implementation of quality system manual; • Responsible to request and do quality system revising with top management; • Establish, plan and communicate quality’s short term and long term objectives in addition to quality system requirements; • Maintain effective lines of communication at all levels within the company, solicit feedback and involvement of other departments to achieve the organizations goals and Customer quality requirements; • Evaluate the audit compliance and effectiveness of the Business Unit manuals and operating procedures, according quality system; • Interface with customers and suppliers on quality related issues, including action plans; • Responsible for daily monitoring of Customer Portals and provide internally critical analysis.
