Hicks Construction Company – Metro Detroit /Commercial General Contractor We are a growing General Contracting firm looking for an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to assist with running the day- to- day operations of our firm. This position offers opportunity for career growth and involves learning many aspects of our business. The commitment contract for this position is one-year. Scale is $15-18 per hour based on experience. Responsibilities Include: • Full time, Monday to Friday, and 100% in office. (negotiable) • Client bookkeeping services utilizing Foundations Building Software • Manage communications with clients, subcontractors, and vendors • Project Draw Requests • Tracking Costs by Project • Maintain the firm’s internal accounting utilizing Foundations Building Software • Effectively manage office workflows and monitor important deadlines • Payroll • Financial Reports • Work with company CPA • Assist with firm special projects Qualifications: • An associate degree is preferred but not required. • Detail Orientated • A strong candidate will have bookkeeping experience using Foundations software • Must have high proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook • Must be client-orientated, work well with others and have a willingness to learn • Positive Outlook Benefits:
