We are seeking a Technician to join our team and provide apartment home maintenance and repairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, preforming various in home repairs and providing exceptional service to our residents. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong maintenance background, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have their own reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Prep & Turn apartments for new move-ins
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and repairs.
- Assistance with seasonal community maintenance ie snow removal, grounds clean up, trash removal and landscaping
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot
- Able to meet deadlines, balance workflow and communicate clearly and concisely with Maintenance Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
