Main Responsibilities:
• Perform lawn care services such as Aeration and Fertilization Application. Assist with general landscaping tasks, & Company Truck/Benefits. Health/Vsion/Dental/401k

Prescreen Questions:

  1. Do you have any lawn care or landscaping experience? (Not required, just helpful.)
  2. Do you currently hold an MDARD or other applicator certification?
  3. If yes, which one? (Core, 3A, 3B, 6, 7A, 7D, 7F, etc.)
  4. The pay range is $18–$24/hr, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus for licensed applicators. Does that align with what you’re looking for?
  5. Do you have a valid driver’s license?
  6. Are you able to pass a background check and drug screen if offered the position?
  7. If selected, how soon would you be available to start?
