Main Responsibilities:
• Perform lawn care services such as Aeration and Fertilization Application. Assist with general landscaping tasks, & Company Truck/Benefits. Health/Vsion/Dental/401k
Prescreen Questions:
- Do you have any lawn care or landscaping experience? (Not required, just helpful.)
- Do you currently hold an MDARD or other applicator certification?
- If yes, which one? (Core, 3A, 3B, 6, 7A, 7D, 7F, etc.)
- The pay range is $18–$24/hr, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus for licensed applicators. Does that align with what you’re looking for?
- Do you have a valid driver’s license?
- Are you able to pass a background check and drug screen if offered the position?
- If selected, how soon would you be available to start?
