Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for jobs from the beginning stages to the completion and installation. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Participate in a structured rotational program across Building, Pipefitting, and Electrical Work to develop comprehensive mechatronics skills. Interpret and apply blueprints to complete assigned tasks accurately. Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments safely and effectively. Support system testing, debugging, and commissioning activities to ensure functionality and quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards. Demonstrate continuous learning and adaptability by applying feedback and gaining proficiency across all functional areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience in hem dies. The candidate will gain expertise and be trained in preliminary inspection and documentation of hem dies. Candidate will evaluate sheet metal for specific flange length, brake line radius, transition, contour, class A surface distortion, document changes of sheet metal, perform modifications by after consultation with die leader, and servicing of dies. The position requirements include knowledge of welding (mig, tig) and grinding, spotting, building fundamentals, knowledge of operating a crane, strong interpersonal skills and a passion to learn. Knowledge of Hemming/Stamping preferred; Ability to read engineering drawings and an understanding of Body-in-White system process; MS Office computer skills preferred. Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for consultation on Pipe fitting issues with department employees. Cuts, threads, and bends pipe. Assembles and installs variety of metal and nonmetal pipes, tubes, and fittings, including iron, steel, copper, and plastic. Connects pipes, using threaded, soldered, and brazed . Secures pipes to structure with brackets, clamps, and hangers. Installs and maintains hydraulic and pneumatic components of machines and equipment. Pressure check system and observes connected pressure gauge to test system for leaks. Welds pipe supports to structural steel members. Observes production machines in assigned area of manufacturing facility to detect machinery malfunctions. Other duties may be assigned.
