Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research, Create, and Execute travel itineraries for our clients.
  • Review individual needs/wants to ensure you plan a trip designed specifically for our client.
  • Review budgets and plan client trips accordingly.
  • Book travel needs including airlines, hotels, tours, through communicating effectively with our overseas suppliers in the various countries.
  • Effectively communicate with clients pre and post travel to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Handle client issues that arise before, during, or after travel.
  • Can be excellent team player.
  • Remain current in regard to changes within the travel and tourism industry.

 POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in English and any additional languages are an asset.
  • Must have fluency in using computers (WORD, EXCEL, ACCESS, etc).
  • Hospitality, Customer Service, or Sales background is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • A reasonable grasp of world geography is essential.
  • Personal travel experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
