We’re looking for friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to be the voice of our company and help us deliver excellent service to self-funded dental plan members. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information about our dental insurance products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plan benefits and claims.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- A positive, professional demeanor and a passion for helping others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dental insurance knowledge is a plus but not required.
